I notice I have not received one message from Bingo Paul or is so call friends. They all hide behind their mother's shirt. Big cowards, rotten lairs and scam artist. These guys are running around to all the computers at the clubhouses in Lake Ashton to vote. They got to be pretty dumb not to believe that Bingo Paul pocketed money from the Bingo Players. Once a THIEF always a thief. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key.

Bingo Pontious has gone to Winn Dixie and bought $74.78. Again the same day he goes to Winn Dixie and spends $64.30. Again he goes to Winn Dixie the SAME day and spends $43.79. The next day , again he goes to Winn Dixie and spends $133.75. This is a grand total of $316.62. Not bad for a five and ten cent candy and ice cream concession stand. Next week he goes to Publix and spends $322.00. And then the following week he goes to Sam's Club and spends $121.27.
Then he starts taken his friends out to dinner at Sizzling Grill for $570.89.
What a scam artist this Bingo Paul Pontious is.

Look at the statement on Sam's Club $170.00, $62.74, $163.35, $99.20, $116.45, $124.25, $124.55, $170.41, $193.95 for what, the 5 and 10 cents concession stand selling ice cream and candy. Looks like he is filling up his Ice Box with food from the Bingo Players Bingo money. Carol Pontious has to know what is going on and she is on the CDD BOD. We have all dishonest people running our community, wake up folks.

David Ross
Because Dave Ross is slow to react, Bending over to Bingo Paul, two law suits has been filed in Poke County against the HOA. It could be posible that it could run into the millions. Dave Ross should go back to acting or resign. He is not able to handle his job as president of the HOA. Step down Dave, you can't handle the Job. You are costing us a pile of money in Lawyers fees and suits.

I just don't believe this guy. As you well know, the city of Lake Wales gave us back our Clubhouse taxes that we paid in the last three years, prior to that the Developer owned it. Jake Eaton wants to use this money to repair the bowling alley. Here is the catch. If you had just moved in to this community, you have not paid anything on anything. If you moved in three years ago than you paid taxes for three years.
Lets look at the taxes. A total of $173,854 was paid. Divide that by the number of homes 850 and that leaves $200 for every paid resident.
Its our money and we want it now!
Why should the CDD take this money and make repairs with the home owners money that we paid for five years. The person that just moved has paid nothing. There seems to be something wrong with this picture.
I feel all the money should go back to those who paid the taxes. If you were here forthree years than you would get your share back. The same for the other person, if they were here just a year than they would get back just one year.
Jake wants to keep this money because he says the CDD paid the taxes. Where in hell did that money come from? Jake wake up, do we have another Bingo Paul? We have enough dummys here, Lets not add any more.
