Jan Carpenter, $1,000 fee on the CDD

We pay Jan Carpenter $300.00/hr being on the CDD board or $1,000 a meeting for doing nothing, yes nothing, just to let me know I am no longer welcome in the clubhouse.  What the hell does she do?  Nothing!.  I say get rid of her and George Flint.  He must get the same also.  Each member of the board gets $50.00 a meeting.  When I say 50% of all the money they collect goes for Lawyers and management.   Here is your proof.  They hate my Blog.

Tricia Adams is no better than Bingo Paul.  Paul takes hundreds of his buddies out to Texas Brazil by bus with the Bingo money at $75.00 a plate and Tricia Adams, CDD and the Management gets 50% off their meals in our Ashtons restaurant.       What a bunch of crooks we have running the "give me your money community" of Lake Ashton.  Here they are, walking on water and they are the biggest crooks   and lairs here in this community.  50% off their meals.  I give up.  And no one says anything.  What right do they have to get 50% off their meals and we the residents pay full cost.

Tricia Adams is not here for the interest of the community but for the interest of the "give me your money management".  Example, she was ask why every Monday there are people here selling their products.  She reply "mind your own business".  Its true, every Monday products are being sold.   More money in the management pocket.  That is why she refuse me for having shows for charity because there was no money in the management pocket.  Its all about money.  I had to pay the management money for a charity show because the management was too cheap to give to charity.  Wake up residents, BAN the Monday morning coffee meetings.  LETS TELL THEM WE MEAN BUSINESS  Remember she is related to the developer by a rocky marriage.
