Hurricane Charlie did $577,824.00 damage to the Clubhouse back in 2004. He wanted to start the repairs ASAP so the CDD gave him $200,000 to start the repairs. He made all the repairs but never gave back the $200,000 he took from the CDD. Not only that, he said that their were $40,000 of damage to the bowling alley. When in fact no damage was ever done to the bowling alley. This is the biggest rip off here at Lake Ashton. He stole our money plus the Insurance money .

THE DUMMIES NOW ON THE CDD ARE TOO BUSY LOOKING NICE AND PRETTY AND WITH THEIR NOSE UP IN THE AIR. HOW IN HELL DID THOSE CDD MEMBERS GET ELECTED. THEY KNOW NOTHING AND DO NOTHING. THEY'RE ARE BUSY WITH THEIR MAKE-UP.
