It has been brought to our attention, by the Polk County Sheriffs Department, that the two bank accounts, which the LA HOA BOD claim to have been closed, in fact, that one of these two accounts has NOT been closed and continues to be used.

David Ross and other members of the HOA BOD have told us, repeatedly, that both of these Bingo accounts have been closed. Subsequently, we have requested seven (7) times, that the HOA BOD surrender a copy of both closing statements, which is our right as residents, per the Covenants.

However, the HOA BOD continues to repeatedly tell us that both of the requested closing statements have been given to us.

The refusal of the HOA BOD to divulge this information appears to be a cover up. Additionally, one or more of the HOA BOD appear to be involved in this cover up.

The monies in the bingo bank accounts at the time of Bingo Paul’s forced retirement, belonged to the HOA and the Lake Ashton Home Owners, and in no way and at no time did such monies ever belong to Bingo Paul. These monies should have been applied towards legitimist charitable purposes, repair of our roads, repair of the bowling alley, clubhouse, and any other shortfall Lake Ashton may need help with.

We DEMAND that ANY HOA Board Member, who has been directly or indirectly involved in this cover up, resign IMMEDIATELY!

We further demand ALL records pertaining to account number 20111910, from date of inception to now, be turned over to us within 24 hours.

Have a nice day.
