The (Lake Wales) Lake Ashton Homeowners Association, Inc. Board of Directors is seeking five residents to serve on a committee to review and update the current Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The committee will be under the direction of the HOA Board of Directors.
If you have experience in writing and/or editing and want to help with this important project that affects all residents.
Solution:
Delete all the covenants and get rid of Bingo Paul and that will solve all the problems.
