Here are the facts

First of all, it is costing us residents thousands of dollars in attorneys fees to fight the developer on the MX issuers, road problems, boat dock ownership, clubhouse and restaurant management issuers. And it goes on and on. I am asking all the readers of this BLOG to call your neighbor's to find another eating place to have lunch and dinner and to stop going to the Monday morning coffee meetings. The restaurant is rented by the developer and we pay all the repairs elect, water and broken dishes, what a deal. And we even pay to wash his windows at the restaurant. All money from coffee goes to the developer. WHY SHOULD WE HELP HIM WHEN HE DOES NOT HELP US! When the Chinese drywall first came up he was no where in sight and he even belly up his building company so he won't get sued.

The developer and his paid employees including do nothing Joe Hunter who approved all the articles in the L A Times of Bingo Paul Pontious illegal doings must be removed from this Lake Ashton Community. We must be in control of our community. We even have to pay to use the ballroom. What a big mess Lake Ashton is in. Even the Bowling Alley is a big mess, another $500,000 or more in repairs. Why are we paying maintenance fees for? PLANT FLOWERS? Make no bones about it. Thank-you, do your job.
