Core Samples Information ??????

I could not attend the Lake Ashton 1, CDD mtg held on 8-29-08. I was in Maine.
I wanted an answer and this is the answer I got.

CORE SAMPLES BIG SECRET

What is the secret? Why does a person have to call George Flint to get a straight answer and then again is the answer straight. I am not interested in calling him. He send me a letter not to use the pond water next to my house, after I notify the state that the rain water was making the soil on the banks of the stream flow into the lake. They had to plant trees around the streams. I feel so sorry for them. I got no Thanks for protecting Lake Ashton from being black with mud. . Before I did this I call Joe Hunter and he gave me nothing but bull shit. They want everyone to shut up and keep silent Everyone is so brain wash that they are afraid to say anything about Lake Ashton. If you say anything bad about Lake Ashton, they will be on your back in no time. Joe Hunter accuse me of placing my Blog information on golf Carts when in fact I was 1500 miles away in Maine. The developer is getting on their backs to get on our backs. Just because he is not selling his homes like he wanted to, because the home market is down and all he wants is positive news. He does not want anyone to know about the roads. I am sure he has told all CDD members to shut up and them call George Flint to get core samples information. This is so sick, I will not lower myself to call. I am 100% sure when all the snowbirds are back at Lake Ashton they want answers and they are not going to call George Flint who wants to keep all the core sample information and water himself.

George Flint big talk on Friday

Big George Flint will make a talk about the condition of the roads at Lake Ashton this Friday. I have a feeling he has nothing good to say about the roads otherwise John Chickness would have said it. George is like Joe Hunter, takes an hour of talking before you realize what he is saying. He gave me hell for using the storage water next to my home on Lake Ashton Drive to water my flowers plus they accuse you of things you didn't do. Letter will be publish later on blog. I am so glad I sold my home at Lake Ashton. I can't deal with this. $300 increase in maintenance fees plus road fees possible $10,000? When will it end. George Flint will tell all on Friday. They always have voting or meetings when everybody has gone north. I hope Paul Pontious will be there to hear the facts, he does have a problem getting the facts straight. I hope George speaks clearly into his ear.

CORE SAMPLES RESULTS ARE IN

Supervisors of the Lake Ashton CDD East board of Supervisors have been notified of the results of the Core Samples recently completed. The results will be discussed by the District Manager, Mr George Flint as well as by the Supervisors and Residents attending the CDD meeting being held on August 29th, 2008 in the Lake Ashton Clubhouse at 10AM. Core Samples are being completed on 72 selected sites in the Lake Ashton Community.
The process began on Monday AM and should be completed within 3 days.

These samples when completed will determine the structural soundness of the roads.

A typical Section of the construction of the road is:

1/12 inch of Asphalt , over 6 inches of Limerick Base ( LSB 100 ) over 8 inches of Stabilized Sub grade. ( FBV 60 ) A total road section is 15 1/2 inches in depth.

The samples of EACH boring/core samples are sent to a testing lab that will determine the soundness of the construction of the roads.

When the results are final...The CDD board of Supervisors will share the findings with the residents of Lake Ashton.

I have been on site during most of the core taking process. I found the firm to be very professional.

The Truth or not the truth

Why does Paul Pontious Tell the people Of Lake Ashton at the HOA meeting that all core samples were taken and they prove to me accepted, when in fact this was never true. Yet there are idiots out there that will criticize me for saying this. What do you want me to say, Paul is 100% right. I wish these people would go and read the L A Times and read about the good things that are going on here, nothing ever bad ever happens here. Get away from this web site and sit down with Joe Hunter and Paul Pontious. These guys never tell you the truth. Go and hear what these guys have to say. They are like the L A Times.

Paul Pontious does not like this web site because it speaks the truth. He wants everything to be nice and sweet about Lake Ashton. Because he is good friends with Joe Hunter and the Developer, am I to close down this Web Site. What is wrong with this guy? This is America not China.

Home Owner trim trees in his back yard.

This happen two years ago when he thought he could cut the tops off the trees in his back yard along the entrance road into Lake Ashton. I guess he was caught red handed and the developer sued him. Today, you can't see where the trees were cut. I hope he did not have to pay too much because you can't tell what has been cut and what has not been cut.

Broken windows by Golf Balls

Some people say who ever buys a home on the golf course risk their windows being broken by golf balls. But I feel that who ever breaks the window should get in touch with the owner that it was them that broke it, not to run away like a lot of them do. What is wrong with these people?
