Mr King. I read your Blog daily, and enjoy it for the most part.

HOWEVER, I am getting a bit upset by the continued accusations of Mr Pontious , the HOA board and others.

If charges are to be brought on these people , either do it, or quit telling the same story. I for one find no humor in nothing but TALK. As the old saying goes...(S..t) ...or get off the pot.

ALL PAPERS BY US IN THEIR HANDS. THE INVESTIGATION BY THE STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IS TAKEN LONGER THAN EXPECTED. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE STATE. THEY MUST BE ADDING ALL THE CHARGES AND IT COULD GO OVER 400. THEY MUST GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AROUND.

    Thank you Mr King for your kind and rapid response.

    I had worked for Attorneys in the past. You are so correct. They never rush for fear of dropping the ball.

    I will wait patiently. I do hope if there is guilt in USING money that was to go to CHARITY, there can be few crimes worse than that.
